Duna`s vast experience in supportive footwear coupled with the latest technology has lead to the development of an innovative range of children`s shoes. The Duna range of footwear has one of the largest range of styles and width fittings in the world. Duna`s philosophy is not only to treat the child`s feet, but also to inspire both children and teenagers with fashionable designs.

Therapy and Antivarus shoes; An incorrect position of the foot leads to the requirement of therapy or Antivarus shoes. The earlier the positioning of the foot is addressed the more successful the treatment. Your clinican will recommend the appropriate corrective measures. If the position of the foot is corrected by assistance, i.e. with a shoe, it is important to address any muscular imbalance with appropriate training measures.  

Orthotic and Orthotic Wide shoes; Even when wearing lower limb orthoses every child has high expectations from their shoes. The desire to move freely, with support and sufficient space for the orthoses. But shoes which you want your child to wear have to fill another basic requirement: They have to look stylish and fashionable.

Stabil Shoes; The name of the shoe describes exactly what they are required for. They are used whenever the foot requires specific support. They support painful joints 0f the foot, e.g. in rheumatoid arthritis. Thet support weak joints in the foot following damage. They support meurologically disturbed joints, such as poliomyelitis, spina bifida and cerebral palsy.

Dear Customer, please note that the range of Duna footwear that is available in the UK; is now made to order only, this will have a manufacturing delivery time of five weeks. Split sizes and split widths are also available but are non returnable. We can still obtain previous styles that you child has had before, but again, these will be made to order.
