T&S Orthotics Ltd, was formed in 2007 by Malcolm Fox, Philip King & Linda Rogers, firstly to provide specialist children’s footwear from Duna to the UK market, then In 2007 we began to manufacture custom orthotic braces and custom footwear for many NHS Trusts and other trade companies around the UK.

With a management change in December 2016, T&S Orthotics Ltd has now become a family owned business.

T&S Orthotics Ltd, now provides orthotic clinical services to many NHS hospitals in the South-East, we also can provide a clinical facilities to see private patients and complex NHS patients at our clinic here in Croydon and at Harley street. As a manufacturer we have retained the core traditional skills required to manufacture complex orthotic devices like the , Parawalker, Stance Control Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis, along with the traditional orthosis like calipers (KAFOs), custom footwear, and traditional leg irons.

Cad-Cam Technology

T&S Orthotics Ltd uses the worlds leader in Cad-Cam technology for the design and manufacture of Functional Foot Orthotics, the process start with a scan of the patients feet using the I Qube Scanner, import the scan to the Ortho-MODEL software, for design of the Functional Foot Orthotics, then the file is sent to Ortho-MILL software before going to the Mill.
